Doreen Ruppin
We weren’t looking to start a business, we were looking for a place to ski. I grew up on the mountain, and when we found a home near Mount Snow we fell in love with it. We initially hired a management company to manage the house for us, but we felt that the house didn't get the attention it needed and the guest experience could be improved. Then we found another house in Lanesborough and decided that we can do it better ourselves. Today we and our wonderful team manage all propoerties with the care and attention to details that is up to our standards. We pride ourselves on exceptional guest experience and unmathced customer service. We hope you'll stay with us and have a blast!
